My margaritas turned out thick, so you may want to start with adding less ice and increase to reach your desired thickness.
- 1 (14-oz.) can unsweetened coconut milk
12 ounces of silver tequila
8 ounces of triple sec
1/4 cup lime juice
4 cups ice
Lime wedge, for rimming glass
Sugar, for rimming glass
Lime slices, for garnish
Cranberries, for garnish
- In a blender, combine your coconut milk, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and ice. Blend until thoroughly combined.
- Circle a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses, and then rim the glasses in sugar. Add your blended margarita, and then garnish with a lime slice and cranberries.
