She said the purpose of this video is "to make your arms, chest, back, neck, and shoulders feel incredible by working on their mobility and flexibility, as well as speeding up recovery through improved circulation to your upper body." She recommends doing this routine four times a week to really notice a difference in how open and flexible your upper body feels.
