With hunching over a computer screen and the stress that can lead to sore shoulders and a tight neck, we could all benefit from this 20-minute upper-body and neck stretching routine from NASM-certified personal trainer Sydney Cummings. She said the purpose of this video is "to make your arms, chest, back, neck, and shoulders feel incredible by working on their mobility and flexibility, as well as speeding up recovery through improved circulation to your upper body." She recommends doing this routine four times a week to really notice a difference in how open and flexible your upper body feels.
